I am a local parent and professional Family Travel expert, living in Greece for almost 30 years. I own Family Experiences Blog, a successful platform about travel and activities for kids in Greece, and I create engaging cultural trips and educational programs for children and teens about Greek Mythology for several tour agencies. I review hotels, restaurants, tours, Greek islands, and authentic (culinary) experiences in Greece and I research and write about Greece for a number of (online) magazines, newspapers, and tourism companies. 

My background is in Culture & History. I worked as a tour guide on Crete for many years, and later on, I moved to the Dutch Archaeological Institute in Athens. With my Greek husband, we have traveled around Greece by private boat, motorcycle, car, and plane, many times off the beaten track. When my babies were born, it became my mission to find great family destinations. I became passionate about sharing my knowledge and experiences, and that is how I became a family vacation advisor for Greece!
